At Selenesima, we understand that you may need to cancel your order. Here's how our cancellation process works:

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request an order cancellation only before your order has been dispatched. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@selenesima.com with your order number and cancellation request. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate your refund.

3. Refund on Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) are processed within 1–2 business days. However, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy if you face any issues after receiving your order.
