At Selenesima, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatching every product. However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a customer-friendly return, refund, or exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@selenesima.com.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to validate any return, refund, or exchange claim.
  • Only one return/exchange request is allowed per order.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • We usually arrange a return pickup; however, in some cases, you may be asked to courier the item to our designated return address.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product appears used, tampered with, or returned in poor condition.

3. Exchange Policy

  • You may choose to exchange the product with any other product listed on our website.
  • If the new product is more expensive, the price difference must be paid via a payment link.
  • If the new product is less expensive, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for both sending and receiving the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds can be processed as either store credit or to your original payment method, as per your choice.
  • We do not charge any return handling fees, except shipping charges during exchange.
  • Refunds, once approved, are processed within 1–2 business days, but it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

5. Returns Not Accepted In These Cases

  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution.
  • If the product is found used, worn, or returned without original packaging.
  • If unboxing video proof is not provided.
