At Selenesima, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

5. Payment Method

We currently accept only prepaid orders through secure online payment options. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.

7. Tampered or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Kindly email us immediately at info@selenesima.com with photos.

8. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

In case a delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges (if any) may apply.
